| |
DESCRIPTION
In windy weather, or when you're working with power tools without wearing safety glasses, it's easy to get something in your eye. This foreign body can scratch or irritate your cornea (the transparent area of the eyeball over the iris and pupil).

CARE
Do not rub the eye or try to remove the object yourself; let your doctor get it out. You will probably have to use medication and wear an eye patch after the foreign body is removed.
